BurCorp Energy was built to "fix" energy production inefficiency and provide grid stability and AI data centers by applying renewable and clean energy to the least environmentally clean industrial process.

A CORE Philosophy of ours is to help minimize waste in energy production while proving, promoting, and proselytizing Clean Energy Technology to transform how we power our world to lead to clean energy transition.

Burcorp Energy is purchasing underutilized oil fields and assets. We improve the existing production to increase cash flow and decrease idled well count while implementing our proven and scalable Clean & Green Energy Technologies, which we apply to the existing production waste streams including wastewater and waste gas. 

Every oil producer in the world, currently, is not using these waste streams beneficially. We will clean the wastewater and sell it to local farms to help recharge their water basins or sell this valuable asset to local water districts, providing more water stability where we operate. We will process the waste gas (Methane) into green Hydrogen and carbon black, each a valuable asset, and net new revenue streams rather than just burning it and creating more GHG and having to pay GHG fees to do so. 

We will increase oil production where we operate while becoming the first Fully DECARBONIZED oil producer!

Over time, based on the level of investment received, we will transition these existing oil wells and oil fields into clean energy centers, using the existing significant infrastructure to minimize the required capital expenditure for most other clean energy fields. 

Burcorp Energy will be an incubator for newer technologies with a pathway to profitability and scalability as we know the implementation of these newer technologies is a critical vulnerability to seeing the energy transition from Fossil to Renewables. 

In this capacity, we will be the LEADER in our industry in this movement. 

 Burcorp Energy will aggressively and creatively seek solutions for our orphaned and idled oil well epidemic. We know and believe these extensive infrastructures are very valuable and can be repurposed in many new and creative ways, rather than just simply filling them up with concrete, and assuming this resolves the issue, which as we can see in the Permian Basin is not true to wells "Properly Plugged and Abandoned" years ago. 

 We will use these valuable wells to create new multiple different types of clean energy, and most exciting, use them for LDES opportunities, which will and can completely change the future of renewable baseload power generation. 

We will look at all possible methods of generating usable and scalable electricity from our sites. Further, as we have significant land at our sites, we will seek to strategically buy undervalued real estate where we operate, creating additional Balance Sheet Strength. We then can implement all energy generation methods, including Clean Energy generated from Pyrolysis, which provides multiple new revenue streams (Biochar, Carbon Credit, Heat, and Energy.) When possible we will seek off-takes to help with grid stability and help individual localities meet their clean energy goals and requirements to ensure state-mandated compliance. We will also partner with data centers to use our excess power on long-term offtakes for the requirement AI is placing on our energy grid.  

As we own multiple Well Repair Rigs, we will seek to earn business repairing existing idled wells, as well as properly and professionally plugging and abandoning these wells when necessary. Furthermore being a DVBE company, we can assist existing Companies meet their DVBE spending requirements by providing a Buy/Sell portion of our business to help provide badly needed and purchased infrastructure, giving us another solid revenue stream, and helping to responsibly diversify our business.
